DOHA (Reuters) - Total CEO Patrick Pouyanne said on Monday he believed the French oil major could stay in Venezuela despite U.S. sanctions, but that his company would evaluate the situation.

“First, we have to understand what are exactly the sanctions ... we will evaluate but I think you can stay - maybe you will have some conditions to stay,” Pouyanne said on the sidelines of an energy forum in Cairo.
