I'm John blitz on the co-founder and CEO -- that splits it came about when someone sent me a video of the cycling race that was them. -- now that said check out this video was 35 minutes long with no real. Help site cursor through the video is very frustrating process and we got me to thinking there's got to be a better way of sharing a moment in a video with friends. And that's how books census form that allows users to tag a moment in time and a video. Comment about that moment in time and then share that with their friends across her social networks who works very simply -- you're on the Internet you've already downloaded that puts its app. When you see a video that's of interest to you you click on our bookmark click which pauses the video. That allows you to insert comment at that moment. And then share that common across your social network it's only three or four clicks we've raised 350000 dollars an Angel funding both from the valley and from here locally in boulder. And that money has been put to hiring an additional engineer. Hiring a community manager and building out -- two mobile apps one for iPhone and one for android our objective in the first here is to. Have a 100000 users and a million Meeks once we have those numbers. We'll be able to generate revenue in the biggest challenge that any web 2.0 social service has now is growing adoption. Rapidly enough. In the first year and the best way to obtain adoption is through a free service. So it's free to use anywhere you can see what snaps on our destination site on our mobile app on FaceBook. And with broad adoption will be able to them. Have data that we consultant content publishers and off architectural -- we believe that the technology cycle. -- video we'll track that a photo first there were people who. Took photos of them or sites that share photos and then there were sites that allowed tagging of people and photos and we think that cycle corner across video and work. Perfectly positioned for that third wave video our goal in 2011. Is to be the de facto. On line video sharing service for the way.
