(EDITORS NOTE: VIDEO QUALITY AS INCOMING) More deadly violence in Iraq and an Iraqi counter-terrorism official told Reuters the attack bore the hallmarks of al Qaeda. According to local police, gunmen and suicide bombers stormed an Iraqi provincial council building in Baquba city, northeast of Baghdad on Tuesday, after two car bombs exploded outside. At least 8 people were killed and 27 others were wounded. All five gunmen who were disguised as Iraqi forces were killed in the attack. The assault in Diyala province's capital of Baquba, 65 miles northeast of Baghdad, was the latest test for Iraqi forces as they prepare for a planned withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq at the end of this year.
