He's welcomed into the homes of many french women -- and with cooking skills like his, can you blame them? Enrico Lionti is a Parisian chef who left the restaurant business behind to cook in private homes. He says he enjoys the flexibility of working with an online company that connects chefs with foodies. (SOUNDBITE) (French) CHEF, ENRICO LIONTI, SAYING: "In fact the concept of home chef wasn't new for me, I knew about the concept, but I didn't want to launch myself into this adventure on my own. So I chose "La Belle Assiette." With more than 400 chefs, the company says they take care of the logistics, so the chef can take care of the gourmet meal. And the idea is gaining traction. (SOUNDBITE) (English) "LA BELLE ASSIETTE" CO-FOUNDER, STEPHEN LEGUILLON, SAYING: "So there's basically two real development angles, the first is internationalization, going to new markets and bringing our service to new markets, so we just recently opened in the UK and we will be expanding further after that." "La Belle Assiette" is now available in five countries -- So the client gets all the benefits, without lifting a finger. The icing on the cake? The chef does the dishes too.
