Prime Minister Charles Michel raises Belgium's national security level to three, on a four-point scale. The announcement came after police raided several locations across the country against an Islamist group suspected to be planning attacks. Two men who opened fire were killed. (SOUNDBITE) (French) BELGIAN PRIME MINISTER, CHARLES MICHEL, SAYING: "We are not aware of any specific or concrete threats, however in the situation we can consider it is useful to raise the level of prudence and vigilance. That concretely means that complementary measures of protection and security will be taken which for evident reasons we are not going to communicate." Belgium is the latest country to raise its security alert after France, who has lifted it to its highest level after gunmen killed 17 people in Paris. Authorities say there are no links between the two Islamist groups.
