VARIOUS OF ANDY SAMBERG AND HIS WIFE, JOANNA NEWSOM, ON OSCAR RED CARPET STORY: Veteran actor Ed Harris received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday (March 13) at a ceremony that took place in front of the famed Egyptian Theatre. actor was joined by co-stars and friends Marcia Gay Harden and Andy Garcia. Harris is best known for his work on "Pollck," in which he earned an Academy Award Best Actor nomination on a film that he made his directing debut in. He appears next with Liam Neeson in the action drama "Run All Night" which opens this weekend. Robert Downey Jr. helped in making one disabled child's dream even bigger. The actor met the boy in character as his "Iron Man" alter ego Tony Stark to deliver a bionic prosthetic arm. The seven-year old, who was born with a partially developed arm, seemed starstruck at meeting Downey, who opened two boxes, one containing an arm from Downey's own Iron Man suit, and another with a matching arm for the boy. Academy Award winning actor Sean Penn was on the red carpet Thursday (March 12), hand in hand with paramour Charlize Theron for the premiere of the thriller "The Gunman." Penn takes on the role of an ex-special forces soldier and military contractor suffering from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). "The Gunman" is scheduled to hit theaters on Friday March 20. Andy Samberg, a star of the comedy TV show "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," will host the 2015 Prime-time Emmy Awards, the highest honors in U.S. television. The comedian, actor, writer and producer, whose breakthrough came on late-night sketch show "Saturday Night Live," will emcee the show from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles that will be broadcast live by Fox TV on Sept. 20.
