Bruce Jenner has been sued for wrongful death by relatives of the woman killed in a car crash involving the former athlete earlier this year. The 69-year old woman, Kim Howe, was killed in the four-car collision on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu on February 7. Jenner is the presumed driver of an SUV that allegedly started a chain-reaction crash, which left five other people injured. The lawsuit comes a week after the Olympic gold medalist and reality television star declared in a televised interview that he identifies as a woman, though still prefers to be referred to with male pronouns. The accident remains under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
