ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Legendary musician Stevie Wonder surprised fans with a free pop-up concert outside the D.C. Armory on Monday. A large crowd braved the heat to see Wonder perform five songs. The pop-up concert was part of a news conference to promote his Fall 2015 tour. Wonder told cheering fans, "I love you and I thank you for everything that you've ever done for me... I've decided that I'm going to do 20 more dates in the United States of the 'Songs in the Key of Life Performance' tour and that's the last time I'll do it in the states." The singer is also scheduled to give free pop-up concerts in Philadelphia and New York City.
