Tracy Morgan will host an episode of sketch show "Saturday Night Live" this fall. The comedian and TV star has not performed since suffering serious injuries in a car crash last year. Morgan, a former cast member of "Saturday Night Live," has been out of the spotlight since June 2014, when his limo-van was struck by a Wal-Mart tractor trailer on a New Jersey highway. The accident left him in a coma with broken bones and a brain injury and killed his fellow passenger, comedian James McNair. Morgan will host the show on October 17. Other stars slated to host the show this season include comedian Amy Schumer and pop star Miley Cyrus.
