China opened its first high-altitude glass suspension bridge to tourists last week - aptly named Haohan Qiao or Brave Men's Bridge. Designers replaced the wooden bottom of a nearly 1,000 foot or 300 meter long bridge in central Hunan province with ultra strong glass. The terrifying glass walk spans a canyon almost 600 feet or 180 meters below at the Shiniuzhai National Geological park. Those attempting to cross the stomach-churning attraction have to have nerves of steel.
