(SOUNDBITE) (English) SHERIFF DEE ANDERSON, TARRANT COUNTY, SAYING: "I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so." In 2013, at the age of 16, Couch killed four people in a drunk driving crash near Forth Worth, Texas. But he famously avoided jail time. (SOUNDBITE) (English) SHERIFF DEE ANDERSON, TARRANT COUNTY, SAYING: "We all know the family has plenty of money. I think this was planned. I believe they planned to get away. The teen's disappearance comes after video surfaced online recently appearing to show Couch drinking alcohol -- which would violate the terms of his probation. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
