The iconic Playboy mansion is up for sale. And it comes with a huge asking price... $200 million. The 20,000 square foot Gothic Tudor-style mansion in Los Angeles boasts 29 rooms, has a tennis court, swimming pool, and that infamous Playboy grotto. The house is also one of a select few residences in LA that has a zoo license. But there is a catch. The buyer has to agree to allow Hugh Hefner to stay in the house for the rest of his life. Hefner originally bought the property in 1971 for a reported $1.1 million. Property agents say that was the largest real estate transaction in LA history at that time.
