ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders on the campaign trail in North Carolina repeated his call for free tuition at public colleges and universities, that would be paid for by Wall Street. "This campaign is listening to young people," Sanders said. He said young people have been telling him that they do not understand why they leave school 50-80,000 dollars in debt. "Now it is my view, given the enormous profits being generated in the financial industry, that it is absolutely appropriate to place a tax on Wall Street speculation," he said. "And if we did that, that would bring in more than enough revenue to provide free tuition at public colleges, and universities and substantially lower student debt," Sanders said. The Vermont senator has predicted he would win Florida and repeat the upset he scored against Clinton in the Michigan primary earlier this week.
