SUBTITLED ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Madhesi demonstrators from southern Nepal are clashing with police in Kathmandu. The Madhesis want their region to become an autonomous state within Nepal. Instead, the country's new constitution will incorporate it into six other provinces. More than 50 people have been killed during eight months of protests in the south.
