The protesters came out in force... angry at Donald Trump's rhetoric against illegal immigration and his stance on building a border wall. Inside the Albuquerque Convention Center was business as usual... the Republican candidate once again declared he WOULD build a wall on the U.S. border with Mexico. And he vowed to keep Syrian refugees out of New Mexico. A few protesters among the crowd were thrown out -- not unusual for a Trump rally. But outside, the protests turned violent. Police were forced to lock down the convention center, after hundreds of protesters broke some glass trying to storm the building. Rocks and bottles were thrown at police officers outside, who responded with pepper spray. Police say several of their officers were injured, and arrests were made both outside and inside the rally.
