ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION). As Philadelphia gears up for the start of the Democratic National Convention, city officials said they're confident they can keep both visitors and residents safe this week. At a news briefing on Sunday, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross, Junior said the city has a security plan in place that can handle any unscheduled problems that arise. He said he expects most of the protests that occur will be peaceful. Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney said he was stunned at how negative last week's Republican Convention was, and said the country needs "four days of positivity" to counter it.
