J.K. Rowling has revealed that the new play, 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child', will be the final story about the world-famous wizard. Rowling's comments came at the opening gala for the already hugely popular play in London. SOUNDBITE: Author, J.K Rowling, saying (English): "No, no. He goes on a very big journey during these two plays and then, yeah, I think we're done. This is the next generation, you know. So, I'm thrilled to see it realised so beautifully but, no, Harry is done now." However, the British author said she created the play to give fans more of their favourite magical characters - and working with theatre producer Sonia Friedman - helped bring the story to life. SOUNDBITE: Author, J.K Rowling, saying (English): "When Sonia came to meet me her vision, with what the show could be, [it] chimed perfectly with the material I had about the next generation and I could see it would work perfectly. So, I never wanted to write another novel, but this will give the fans something special." The play is sold out until May 2017 but fans will be able to quench their thirst for magic with Harry Potter spin-off film, 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them', which is out in November.
