Fires sweep across Bolivia, driven by drought and high winds. They're the worst in ten years and local volunteers are coming out to help firefighters. The fires have shut down flights and are threatening several national parks, including the Tunari National Park in Cochabamba. Cochabamba Governor Ivan Canelas says they are fighting the wind. (SOUNDBITE)(Spanish) COCHABAMBA DEPARTMENT GOVERNOR, IVAN CANELAS, SAYING: "This wind you are seeing today has helped bring back the fires and spread it to more regions."
