NATURAL ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION Authorities in Peru have detonated nearly 21 tonnes (23 tons) of illegal fireworks seized in the Andean country. The massive haul was unloaded at a site in greater Lima for its destruction. The operation was carried out by the country's arms control body. Peru has some of Latin America's strictest regulations on fireworks after a blaze at a fireworks warehouse in 2001 killed about 300 people.
