ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Former British Prime Minister David Cameron blames populism for his defeat in the June "Brexit" referendum, saying the decision to leave the European Union was a "movement of unhappiness." In his first major speech since his resignation, Cameron addressed students at DePauw University in Indiana saying the recent election of Donald Trump was also part of that populism movement. Cameron also said he feared for the future of the Euro as some countries begin to "question how this currency works and whether it is working in their interests."
