ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) In his weekly address, U.S. President Barack Obama appealed to Americans who don't have health insurance to sign up for coverage under the Affordable Care Act. Obama said many people can obtain insurance from his signature health plan for less than $75 per month. U.S. President-elect Donald Trump has vowed to abolish the plan when he takes office in January. Obama said doing that will affect plans obtained from other sources, such as the workplace. He urged Americans to make sure those protections are not abolished as well.
