The death toll in the Turkey blast is now at 13 after explosions hit Istanbul on Saturday outside a soccer stadium. Authorities say the attacks appeared to have targeted police officers. Officials said at least 20 more were injured. Turkey's Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu says one of the blasts happened outside the Vodafone stadium a few hours after a soccer match, and another at a nearby park which was carried out by a suicide bomber.
