ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION). New Zealand swears in its new prime minister - Bill English. It is one week since John Key of the ruling centre-right National Party announced his surprise resignation after eight years at the helm. English, who was serving as the finance minister, emerged as the sole contender to fill Key's spot after a special party meeting last week. Since joining parliament in 1990, he has held several ministerial posts across education, health and finance. He now takes on the reins of a country in good economic shape. He has already lined up his replacement in the finance ministry, and is expected to announce further cabinet changes in the coming weeks.
