ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) EU leaders, minus British Prime Minister Theresa May, met in Brussels on Friday (March 10) for the second and final day of talks to prepare for a "unity" summit in Rome next month where the troubled bloc will renew its marriage vows. Billed as an informal meeting, the European leaders will be making preparations for the 60th Anniversary of the Treaty of Rome celebrations later this month, and discuss the future of the Union and its next 10 years. Originally billed as a moment of celebration, the event has been overcast by an array of existential crises for the Union, including Britain's shock vote to leave, repeated financial trauma, migration flows and burgeoning populism.
