ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. Defense Secretary James Mattis told graduating cadets at West Point that terrorism must not 'warp our sense of normal' as he spoke about the deadly Manchester attack. "Manchester's tragic loss underscores the purpose for your years of study and training at this elite school," said Mattis as he delivered his commencement address. The suicide bomb attack in a concert hall at the Ariana Grande concert killed 22 people, including seven children and injured more than a hundred others.
