ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Law enforcement and the local community came together to reopen the Alexandria, Virginia, baseball park nearly a week after a gunman opened fire, injuring five people, including Congressman Steve Scalise. "I can't tell you how it warms my heart to drive up and see people, and the Little League teams and the families and not crime scene tape and the FBI, " Congressman Joe Barton, who witnessed last week's shooting, said at Eugene Simpson Stadium Park. Scalise, a police officer, a congressional aide and a lobbyist were wounded on Wednesday when a man identified as James Hodgkinson, 66, from the St. Louis suburb of Belleville, Illinois, opened fire on the lawmakers as they practiced for an annual charity baseball game between Republicans and Democrats. Hodgkinson died after being shot by police.
