STORY: Jay Z's latest album "4:44" has made platinum but you wouldn't know it by looking at the Billboard 200 album chart this week. The rapper's self-owned streaming platform Tidal did not report numbers to Nielsen Music, the organization that tally's sales for the album chart. The critically acclaimed album where Jay Z addresses cheating on his wife Beyonce and the birth of their twins, was released on June 30 as an exclusive to members of Tidal and customers of wireless carrier Sprint. It's now available on multiple streaming platforms. DJ Khaled's album Grateful held on to the No. 1 spot with Calvin Harris's "Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1" came in at No. 2. The digital song charts continued to be dominated by Luis Fonsi's summer hit "Despacito."
