Music star Ed Sheeran deleted his Twitter account Monday -- just a day after his cameo on the new series of 'Game of Thrones' was derided by some on the platform. Sheeran had a small role in the highly anticipated opening episode of the sex-and-swords series, playing a soldier singing who encounters Arya (pron A-REAH) Stark, one of the programme's central characters. The appearance was branded "absolutely terrible" by online critics, and even business magazine Forbes published an online article saying it was "a mistake". Despite his millions of followers, the singer has been vocal about his dislike for Twitter recently, telling Britain's Sun newspaper that it was "nothing but people saying mean things".
