ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) The vessel seized by the Indian navy was operating under the name MV Henry under the Panama flag and was intercepted off the Gujarat coast near the city of Porbandar, according to S. Paramesh, deputy director general at the Indian Coast Guard. It was sailing from Dubai to Alang, a town in Gujarat known for shipbreaking, Paramesh said. Video of the seizure showed the crew of the MV Henry in custody and bags of heroin lined up on the ship's deck as navy officers secured the vessel. The eight crew members aboard, all of whom were identified as Indian nationals, are under investigation.
