ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, Boston Mayor Marty Walsh and city officials held a news conference to discuss safety precautions for Saturday's planned "free speech" rally in Boston. Officials say there has been a 'plan' formulating for the city after the violent white nationalist rally in Charlottesville last weekend, which was called to protest plans to remove a Confederate monument. "The tragedy that happened in Barcelona, that only makes us tomorrow to be more vigilant," said Police Commissioner Williams Evans. Mayor Walsh said he was legally obligated to give protesters a permit for the planned rally, but said, "I don't want them here."
