ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Members of the United Nations must confront the "challenges that go to the heart of who we are as nations," British Prime Minister Theresa May said on Wednesday. Among those challenges, May said, are the ongoing civil war in Syria, the violence in the Rakhine state in northern Burma and the ongoing missile launches of Kim Jong-Un in North Korea.
