ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop warned the international community about the threat of North Korea's nuclear missiles program on Friday (September 22) saying that "the security of millions of people is at risk." Addressing world leaders at the 72nd United Nations General Assembly, Bishop added that it is crucial that all member states and especially the permanent five members of the United Nations Security Council strictly implement sanctions imposed on North Korea. Bishop also said that Australia is concerned about climate change, and said it wants to serve on the World Heritage Council next year to bring to the world its expertise on coral reef management, which sequester four times more carbon than forests.
