ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Republican Senator Lindsey Graham introduced a 20-week abortion ban in the Senate, known as the 'Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act', that would penalize medical providers who perform or attempt an abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy. The medical providers could face up to five years in prison, be fined or both. There are exceptions including cases that involve rape, incest or if the woman's pregnancy puts her life at risk. A similar bill passed the House on Tuesday and Graham says he plans to put the bill on the Senate floor 'sooner than later'.
