AUDIO QUALITY AS INCOMING ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Four Republican Congressmen from New York will vote no on Thursday (November 16) on the House tax reform bill, Representative Pete King of the state's 2nd Congressional District said, citing changes to the state and local taxes as the primary reason. Republicans in the House of Representatives were expected to take up their bill to cut federal tax rates on corporations, small businesses and individuals after an 11:30 a.m. (1630 GMT) meeting with President Donald Trump, who wants to sign a tax package into law before year end.
