(Officer singing - "your raised me up") Hundreds of mourners came to celebrate the life of Pittsburgh-area officer Brian Shaw, who was shot and killed last week after a traffic stop. (SOUNDBITE) NO NAME OFFICER: "Brian, your shift here on Earth is done. Heaven is calling. Your brothers here at New Kensington Police Department will continue to fight the good fight, knowing that you are with us as our backup, as one of our guardians from above until we meet again my friend." (video outside) Thousands of other mourners gathered outside to pay their respects. (pic of Shaw) Shaw, who had been an officer for less than a year, was gunned down last Friday… He'd been chasing the driver of a car on foot after a traffic stop. The driver, believed to be Rahmeal Sal Holt, allegedly fired at least six shots, striking Shaw multiple times. Holt now faces murder and weapons charges and is being held without bail. Officer Shaw was just 25 years old when he died.
