Former Assistant Attorney General for the Justice Department’s National Security Division John Carlin - and the author of ''Dawn of the Code War'' - says that, despite warnings from the country's top spies and law enforcement, the United States is not sufficiently prepared for the increasingly brazen cyber attacks carried out by criminals and nation-state hackers.
