China pledges to open up finance sector by year end

China's Central Bank Governor says the country will allow foreign investors to enter its trust, financial leasing, auto finance and consumer finance sectors by the end of this year. As Kate King reports, it's the first time China has given a timetable for the measures, which its been promising for years.
