Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin, a Democrat, on Monday said President Joe Biden's nominee for U.S. attorney general, Merrick Garland, if confirmed, would oversee a Justice Department that became the "Trump Department of Justice" in the last four years.
