Judge explains decision on 'victim,' Rittenhouse role in juror dismissals

The judge in the murder trial of Kyle Rittenhouse on Wednesday explained his decision not to allow lawyers to reference those shot and killed as "victims." Kenosha County Judge Bruce Schroeder also said he allowed the 18-year-old, rather than a court clerk, to pick six juror numbers out of a metal raffle tumbler to whittle down the jury because "people feel better when they have control."
