In the French race for virus masks, old people lost out

The global shortage of personal protective equipment and the French government's decision to requisition all of the nation's mask supplies temporarily led to residents in care homes becoming exposed to infection. Masks were needed to be rationed amongst the elderly, leaving care workers to make some tough choices. Adam Reed reports.
