BRASILIA, March 24 (Reuters) - Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva is in good health after being diagnosed with mild pneumonia, is responding well to antibiotics and should travel to China on Sunday as previously expected, his doctor, Roberto Kalil, told Reuters on Friday.
