MEXICO CITY, March 29 (Reuters) - Mexican prosecutors have identified eight people who may be responsible for the deaths of 39 people caused by a fire at a detention center in the northern border city of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico's security minister Rosa Icela Rodriguez said on Wednesday.
