THE HAGUE, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte's government will collectively resign over a report that blamed the government for mismanagement of childcare subsidies that drove thousands of families to financial ruin, national broadcaster NOS reported on Friday.
