At least 14 dead in apartment blaze in eastern India - ANI
Jan 31 (Reuters) - At least 14 people died in a massive fire that broke out in an apartment in Dhanbad, a city in the eastern Indian state of Jharkhand, ANI reported on Tuesday, citing the deputy commissioner.
Rescue operations are still under underway at the site, ANI said.
